Absolutely! Our reindeer are the real stars of the farm. You'll have the opportunity to see these incredible animals up close and learn more about how we raise and care for them.
Interaction depends on the experience and the animals that day. Please never feed, pet, reach through fencing, or enter an animal area unless a member of our farm team tells you it is okay. Here on the farm we will provide the treats you are allowed to feed our sleigh team
Yes! Our Private Reindeer Encounter is a special 30-minute experience that takes you inside the reindeer pen for a private tour with our herd. It's perfect for guests wanting an even more memorable reindeer experience.

Not at all! While many of our activities let you enjoy the fresh air and beautiful farm setting, we also have indoor spaces where you can warm up, relax, and take a break from the weather.
You’ll also find cozy fire pits around the farm, perfect for warming up and enjoying a little extra Christmas cheer. Dress for the weather, but know there are plenty of places to get warm throughout your visit!
A little rain or snow won’t stop the fun on the farm! We plan to remain open during normal seasonal weather and will only close in the event of extreme weather conditions that could impact the safety of our guests, staff, or animals. Dress for the forecast, grab those boots and coats, and come ready to make memories. Sometimes a little snow makes the reindeer farm even more magical! ❄️🦌
Outside-food policies may vary depending on the event. School field-trip groups may bring lunches when arranged as part of their visit. Otherwise, we don’t allow any outside food or drinks on the farm for the safety of our guests and animals
For the safety of our animals and your pets, please leave personal pets at home.

Safety and Protocols
We love our animals dearly and their safety is our utmost concern. Below are some protocols we have put in place to keep everyone healthy and happy:
-
All visitors will be required to sanitize their hands upon entry to prevent parasites from being transferred to the farm.
-
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the farm. Always sanitize hands before and after feeding or touching the animals.
-
Visitors will also be required to sanitize shoes upon entry by walking through a foot bath consisting of a liquid solution that will sanitize the bottom of shoes.
-
Please ensure that you wear closed toe shoes on your visit to the farm.
-
Goats and Sheep carry an airborne spore that can be deadly to our Reindeer so we ask that you please come in fresh clothes and shoes to avoid any transfer from your farm to ours.
